Junior Accountant

Location: Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon

Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and

run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities

1- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

2- Assist with accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, preparing

payments, and reconciling vendor accounts.

3- Assist with accounts receivable activities, including generating customer invoices,

tracking payments, and following up on past due accounts.

4- Assist with general ledger activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling

balance sheet accounts.

5- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.

6- Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.

7- Help maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions.

8- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and

immediately available when needed.

9- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

10- Assist with other accounting projects

11- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.

12- Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and credit card statements.

Requirements

1- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.

3- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

4- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

6- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

8- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

9- Available to join immediately

Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not
