Operation Supervisor

Location: Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon

Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region.

We are looking for an Operation Supervisor agent to join our sales support team.

You will be joining an established Account Management team responsible for managing our book of business, consisting of youth soccer clubs across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities for each account, building strong relationships with our clients; ensuring projects stay on track, and customer orders are written with urgency.

** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)

Responsibilities

1-      Manage day-to-day responsibilities for accounts within assigned book of business

2-      Build strong relationships with prospects and current accounts

3-      Provide high level of customer service

4-      Draft internal/external Project Schedules to ensure projects remain on track

5-      Develop strong knowledge of Capelli Sport product offerings and give insights on the best product(s) for good fit for customers

6-      Study and memorize the Capelli Sport catalog, Available to Sell inventory (ATS), as well as other product knowledge

7-      Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all clients’ requests.

8-      Stay up-to-date on the soccer industry’s customer behavior and trends

9-      Ensure timely and successful delivery of our clients’ needs

Requirements

1-      5 years of experience

2-      Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

3-      High observance of deadlines, great attention to details and organizational skills

4-      Experience with managing a book of business, preferably in the sports industry

5-      Able to build long-term trusting relationships with clients when needed

6-      Experience with project management

7-      Attention to detail and keep organized

8-      Ability to collaborate with other team members

9-      Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

10-   Have a track record of driving results

11-   Hardworking and goal-oriented

12-   Tireless positive attitude and willing to perform accurate Data Entry

13-   Have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures

14-   Love getting to know new people and helping them improve their product/services.

15-   Ability to deliver engaging presentations both verbally and via email

Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position. Salary is paid in Fresh US Dollars.
