JOB Title: Sales Associate
LOCATION: Jounieh
Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and
run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our team and to maximize
the Company’s agreed long and short-term volume and profit objectives for all existing (Capelli
Sports) and new product lines in this sector.
** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to
actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and
prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their
needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing communications or related field
2-4 years sales experience in sports/entertainment related, media or sales. Any equivalent
combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities
necessary to perform the work
Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards
Assertive, competitive, passionate, goal orientated and a strong work ethic
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate
creative solutions
Have a friendly, professional and confident telephone manner.
Excellent time management and organizational skills - must be able to manage schedule
to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments and sales
Self-starter with ability to multitask and maintain deadlines in a high-paced environment
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, with an ability to think and react to
situations confidently
Must possess knowledge of all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
