run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region.
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales support team.
The Sales Representative in the agriculture sector is responsible for promoting and selling
agricultural products and services to farmers, agribusinesses, and other agricultural stakeholders.
This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and
providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their agricultural goals. The Sales
Representative will work to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and stay
informed about industry trends and innovations.
** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)
Responsibilities
1.Identify and target potential clients in the agricultural sector.
2.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
4. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
5. Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
7. Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
9. Stay informed about the latest agricultural products, technologies, and industry trends.
10. Educate clients about product features, benefits, and proper usage.
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
12. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
13. Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and execute sales
strategies.
14.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
15.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
16.Monitor and report on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
1- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
2- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
5- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not
a remote position. Salary is paid in Fresh US Dollars.
